What's THAT hiding in the back of your fridge...

No, this is not the beginning of a horror story, although, tis' the season 👻

It is about to get scary once you see what food (or what once was food) is lurking in the back of your fridge.

That's right Reader, it's time to get that fridge clean and organized! 😱

If you're like me you've been pushing this task off for a little while now, but luckily for you, I have some tips up my sleeve to help that fridge of yours stay organized.

And what's even more exciting than that...

I got back into writing blog posts...after a rather lengthy hiatus! 🥳

That means all of this information is available to you in the wonderful world of blogs. No...that's not a real place.

But I do have the link for you to check it out right HERE!!! It still has that 'new blog post smell' 😁

Just a heads up, this isn't a 'get your fridge to look like it fell out of The Home Edit book' post, but to get you to organize your fridge in a way that makes sense for you and your family.

To be honest, anyway, even though those color-coded pantries and fridges with everything decanted in beautiful containers look amaze-balls...how practical is that truly?

I'm not saying that your fridge can't look aesthetically pleasing, but it needs to be functional too.

Also, some of you may have noticed my error in the last newsletter. I said that this week's newsletter was going to be about kitchen decluttering when that was the previous newsletter 🤦🏻‍♀️

I promise I am an organized person, my brain just doesn't always function when I need it to 😂

I'm doing something fun related to this blog post too!

National Clean Out Your Refrigerator Day (yes, that's an actual day...created by Whirlpool Home Appliances) is November 15th! So I want you to take a photo of your newly cleaned and organized fridge and send it to me on Instagram @athomewithmackenzie.

I will create a collage of all of the photos that I get and post it on my Instagram on November 15th.

If you don't have an Instagram, but you would still like to join in you can also reply to this email (or email hello@athomewithmackenzie.com) and send your photo through email.

The last day to send in your photo is November 10th. This way I have time to put the post together.

P.S. Don't forget to check out my latest blog post HERE and send in your photo of your newly cleaned and organized fridge to my Instagram @athomewithmackenzie by November 10th!
