Hey friend!
Can we just take a moment to acknowledge something, Reader?
The last few weeks of school are NOT the easy, breezy wind-down that they should be. They are, in fact, a full sprint to the finish line while someone hands you a new permission slip every three minutes.
I was talking to one of my clients recently, and she has FIVE kids. Her four older ones go to the same school, and that school has had something going on every. single. day. for the last two weeks. Field trips, concerts, sports days, classroom celebrations... the works.
On top of that? Dance competitions. Sports tournaments. A fifth-grade graduation to middle school, a middle school graduation to high school, AND a pre-K send-off to kindergarten.
All at the same time.
She works from home, so she has been able to show up for most of it, and she's incredibly grateful for that.
And here is the thing: even if you only have one or two kids, this season still hits hard. Because it's not just the events, it's the mental load that comes with them.
It's remembering which day is the concert and which day is the field trip. It's figuring out what to bring, what to wear, and whether your kid needs a packed lunch or not. It's the last-minute "Mom, I need a [insert something ridiculous here] by tomorrow morning."
It's a lot. And if you are running on fumes right now, Reader, that makes complete sense.
So here is what I want to say to you today: you do not have to have it all together. Not right now. Not in this season.
What you do need is a few small things that help you breathe.
One of those things? Carving out even just a tiny pocket of time that belongs to YOU. Not the school calendar. Not the group chat. Not the permission slip pile. Just you.
I know that sounds impossible right now, but stay with me.
This is actually why I have been loving what my friends over at HobbyScool are doing with their Craft & Create Club. It is a monthly membership built around giving you a creative escape, something beginner-friendly, calming, and completely yours. Each month, you get a step-by-step video workshop, a printable supply list, and access to a supportive community of women who are also just trying to carve out a little joy for themselves.
No experience needed. No pressure. Just a genuinely lovely reason to put down your to-do list for a couple of hours and make something with your hands.
If that sounds like exactly what you need after the chaos of these next few weeks, you can check it out right HERE!
And honestly? With the annual or lifetime plan, there is a deal going on right now that makes it an incredibly easy yes. But I will let them tell you about that when you get there.
Okay, and one more thing before I let you go.
Something is coming!
I am not ready to spill all the details just yet, but I have been quietly working on something for a while now, and it is almost time to share it with you. If you have ever felt like you needed more than just a checklist, like you wanted real support, real systems, and someone in your corner helping you actually implement it all, keep your eyes on your inbox.
Next week, I will be sharing everything.
Can't wait.
P.S. Stay tuned for next week! 😁
Wishing you a little more clarity and a lot less clutter,

Wedding updates...
No new wedding updates this week, except I'm horrible about getting the actual wedding invitation dimensions that I want to my sister (who's a graphic designer), so she can design the invitations and we can order them to be printed and sent out 🤦🏻♀️
My photographer said that she is going to be sending me the digital photos that she took for our engagement/family photos tomorrow! So I'm excited to see how those turned out.
Things I've been loving lately ❤️
ThredUp
I have been getting a lot of my recent workout clothes from ThredUp and loving them! For those who don't know, ThredUp is an online consignment store. A word of caution, though, I recommend going under the 'condition' tab and checking the boxes for "new with tags," "like new," and "very good," otherwise the items are not in the best condition. But when I check those boxes whenever I search, and make sure that the items that I select are one of those, only once have I had an issue with the quality of an item that I got.
I love that they sell cans of them! So I can easily take it to work. I get the ones that have the sweetener in them, because I can't stand the taste of just plain sparkling water. Kudos to you if you like it. I tried several different flavors from several different brands, but I just can't get into it. I really like the ones with the sweetener in them though LOL...probably not the best for me though 🤫

You worry too much for someone who has figured it out every single time. Read that again. Every overwhelming season you thought you couldn't handle? You handled it. Every messy house, every chaotic morning, every moment you thought you were failing? You figured it out. You are so much more capable than the voice in your head gives you credit for. So whatever you're stressing over today — the laundry, the schedule, the house, the kids — take a breath. You've got this. You always have. 💛
